As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will evaluate our manufacturing processes by designing and conducting research programs, applying knowledge of product design, fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials.

Evaluate existing manufacturing processes and workflows to identify areas that could benefit from changes and improvements
Apply working knowledge of product design and assembly to the manufacturing process
Create processes and procedures to help the company meet budgetary goals as well as performance quotas
Participate in brainstorming sessions and cross-departmental meetings to ensure collaborating and cohesion
Establish an effective and efficient work sequence
Devise new solutions to existing manufacturing problems
7+ years’ design and quality control experience in product manufacturing
Strong organizational, analytical and communication skills
Experience with CAD programs a plus
Product Development Collaboration Tool (Arena or equivalent)
Solid understanding of SPC and Quality Control methods and metrics
Understanding of manufacturing cycle time improvement methods and metrics
Must have working understanding of how software and firmware interact with hardware systems, including basic software protocols
