SRAM Microarchitect/Design Engineer at Flex Logix

SRAM Arrays play a critical role in all applications using NMAX cores and in some applications

using eFPGA cores. Ability to optimally compile SRAM Array’s generated from foundry

sponsored memory compilers is critical in Performance, Power and Area of the NMAX and

eFGPA cores





Will be involved in digital and circuit design of SRAM Arrays and associated control logic used in

NMAX (Neural Network Inference) and EFLX eFPGA IP

- Responsible for all aspects of silicon design including:

o Generating SRAM Array using standard memory compilers for NMAX/EFLX core

o Optimization of SRAM array size to meet required PPA.

o RTL development, simulation and verification for SRAM Arrays

o Planning of redundancy and repair required for SRAM Array, optimizing the logic for

optimal performance, power and area (PPA) of the SRAM block

o Architecting and implementing BIST/MBIST logic required to test SRAM Array

o Power planning for the SRAM Array and performing EM/IR analysis of the SRAM


o timing closure (RTL to GDS) for NMAX/EFLX cores

o Timing Verification for NMAX/EFLX cores including the SRAM Blocks





Must have experience in at least one successfully taped out silicon design

Must have hand-on experience architecting and implementing SRAM Arrays with BIST, repair

and redundancy in 16nm/14nm or lower technology nodes

BSEE/MSEE with 3 or more years of relevant industry experience

Must be very smart, motivated and must be entrepreneurial, innovative problem solver and

willing to work hard

Preferred experience in designing and using SRAM Array in high performance CPU or GPU chips

Must have hands-on experience in Back-End Physical Design (RTL to GDS) PnR using tools such

as Cadence Innovus or Synopsys ICC

Must be passionate about being part of an aggressive, venture-backed startup team that is

changing chip architecture


MUST live in Silicon Valley and have US citizenship or permanent residency (“green card”), or

hold a current H1-B visa
