As our Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for performing a wide range of administrative and supportive duties to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of our office. We’re looking for an organized, detail-oriented thinker who is energetic and proactive in anticipating the needs of our fast-paced office. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter, enjoyable to be around, eager to take on new challenges, and enthusiastic about finding the best solutions to those challenges. 

Every day will bring new and exciting challenges on the job while you:

    • Operations: Help the HR/Finance/Operations team, coordinating internal events and logistics, assisting with HR & Recruiting coordination.
    • Administration: Support team members with scheduling travel, coordinating meetings, and other administrative needs.
    • Facilities: Manage office operations and logistics, including managing conference rooms, coordinating mail and shipments, ordering food and office supplies, greeting visitors, maintaining common areas and promoting a safe and secure working environment.
    • Office Management: Maintain office efficiency by carrying out planning and execution of equipment procurement, administration systems and office layouts. Responsible for developing and implementing office policies by creating procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office.  Provide support in coordinating with employees on all equipment and IT issues.
    • General: Point person for maintenance, mailing, shipping, supplies, equipment, and errands.  Assist with other projects and reporting as needed. Find a place for everything and keep everything in its place.  Additionally, an important aspect of this role is finding creative ways to encourage company culture and growth.
