Position Description: 

Talent acquisition specialist will deliver full life-cycle recruiting for all Dragonfly Group of Companies.  Collaboratively consult with hiring managers to recommend strategies for identifying and recruiting potential candidates. They help identify key performance factors, develop sourcing pools and establish interviewing criteria.  Talent acquisition specialists proactively create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations and employee referral programs. They evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and complete initial phone interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool. They make recommendations to hiring managers on the top candidates for in-person interviews.

 

Responsibilities: 

 

Design and build entire recruiting process including:

  • Opening positions and creating job postings 
  • Posting positions on job boards and company careers page 
  • Applicant screening questions 
  • Resume screening and scoring 
  • Phone screening and scoring 
  • Candidate communications 
  • Recruiting Manager & Recruiter workflows and communications 
  • Automated triggers and process workflows 
  • Interview process and scoring 
  • Pre-employment assessment 
  • Background check  

 

Advice on design of careers page 

  • Advise and assist with selection of pre-employment assessment tools, if desired 
  • Incorporate pre-employment assessments into recruiting process and ATS, if applicable 
  • Training for Hiring Managers and Recruiters on process and ATS technology 

 

Post positions in ADP WorkForce Now Recruitment, job boards, and careers page

Facilitate and participate in sourcing discussions with Hiring Manager

Systematically screen resumes and conduct effective phone screenings

Monitor candidate communications throughout process

Coordinate Reference Checks

Interview training for all hiring managers and interviewers

Requirements:

-Minimum of five years of human resources experience. 

-Have direct experience with job screening, hiring practices and talent acquisition 

-Prefer candidates who have demonstrated proficiency with applicant tracking systems like ADP WorkForce Now Recruitment   

-Familiarity with Mac and Office applications, like Word and Excel, as well as popular social media platforms, such as Facebook and LinkedIn, are a must.

-A working knowledge of human resources functional areas and applicable state employment laws is expected 

-Knowledge of the full life cycle recruitment process is required.  

-Must have comprehensive knowledge of ethical and professional recruitment standards associated with employment in their specific sector or industry.
