We are in search of a self-motivated Project Manager who will fit with our collaborative culture. The position directs, plans and implements all aspects of the company's assigned real estate related project developments. This involves working with a dynamic team of contractors, engineers, architects, and like-minded project/program managers. He or She is responsible for controlling projects to ensure direction, coordination and implementation deliverables that fall within the applicable scope and budget.
Project Manager Responsibilities
• Meet with team to take detailed briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project • Delegate project tasks based on individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals • Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis • Develop comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members • Hire new talent as needed to fulfill project needs
