Account Manager at Kindred

Kindred is looking for an Account Manager who will work closely with customers to discover their business needs and identify Kindred solutions to solve for inefficiencies. This is an opportunity to manage the execution of multiple concurrent projects, and partnering closely with cross-functional team members.

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships, while maintaining high levels of engagement and satisfaction
    • Communicate the progress of monthly and quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders and provide continual updates of pipeline and funnel activity
    • Develop metrics for success and review progress during quarterly business reviews
    • Become a trusted expert in Kindred products and services in order to create detailed product proposals based on customer needs
    • Provide timely responses to inbound leads in order to qualify and schedule customer needs
    • Manage project timelines, requirements and deliverables, and know how to “influence without authority”

Qualifications:

    • 5+ years experience in Sales, Account Management or relevant role
    • Experience working with executives in e-commerce, Retail, Distribution, and 3rd Party Logistics a plus
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization and possess excellent listening, written and presentation skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills and experience building strong internal and external relationships and can can manage multiple projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
    • Experience delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
    • Ability to balance the needs and priorities of various stakeholders and plan for these needs with project planning
    • Open to 80% travel time
