As a Robotics Integrations Engineer you will help us create the most advanced robots for our customers. You will work closely with other disciplines (Product, Sales, Software, Firmware, Electrical, etc.) designing structural and motion components using SolidWorks for robotic systems.
You will own critical interfaces between our robots, their operators, and environments. You will work closely with our Robotics and Machine Learning Teams to ensure that the designs you create can be not only mechanically sound but can be used by our advanced AI.
What you bring:
5+ years as a mechanical engineer in a related industry
Ability to communicate efficiently and professionally with clients and internal engineering teams
Design and prototype mechanical components for both large and small scale applications
Able to create custom integration layouts in AutoCAD with an eye on workflow efficiency
Familiarity with automation and industry standards
Fully competent in design with SolidWorks or other major CAD packages
Mechanical design experience with sheet metal, machined parts, extrusion frame, etc.
