The iOS Engineer will conceptualize, build and implement new features in iOS, and develop frameworks to allow for greater engineering flexibility across teams through the entire organization. This position is responsible for building highly structured, robust architectures and writing high-performing applications in a modern codebase.
Develop a framework that allows our team to build multiple iOS applications to work with June Cloud
Publish an SDK that will be integrated by external partners
Implement a redesign of the June iOS app to enable it to work with multiple devices
Identify problems and opportunities for improvements, and work with teams across disciplines to find elegant and efficient solutions
Work closely with ApplianceKit, Server and Design teams to develop and deliver new features
Develop smooth animations for seamless UI
Build reusable, easily testable code
Bachelor’s degree or higher with a concentration in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or a closely related field
2-4 years of experience working in-depth on the iOS platform
Deep knowledge of Swift, frameworks and SDKs
Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams
