Brand Ambassador - Part-Time Contractor at Owlet Baby Care

SUMMARY: The Ambassador Manager manages daily communications, engagement, and promotions of Owlet’s Ambassador Community. The Ambassador Manager will be the primary point of contact and act as a moderator within the Private Facebook Group. The Ambassador Manager will work with partner brands and create incentives for Ambassadors promoting Owlet products. The Ambassador Manager’s primary objective is to empower and motivate the Ambassador Community to build Owlet’s brand. This role has the opportunity to transition into a full-time opportunity.


  • Manage and moderate Owlet’s private Facebook Group
  • Respond to comments, answer questions and build relationships with Ambassadors
  • Create informational and inspirational content for Ambassadors to share
  • Work with partners to create monthly incentives
  • Empower and motivate Ambassadors to share their “Owlet Story”
  • Assist and manage the approvals of commissions and rewards
  • Represent and elevate the Owlet brand and maintain
  • Coordinate with team members to share promotions, stories, insights and
  • Provide weekly and daily reports on Ambassador performance
  • Increase MoM Ambassador sales
  • Maintain Ambassador Content calendar


  • 1-2 Years of Customer Service/Account Management/Social Media Experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficiency in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter)
  • Strong time-management, writing and communication skills
  • Experience in front-facing communication
  • Works well in a fast-paced startup environment


  • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite
