SUMMARY: In this position, you will bring your clinical experience to quickly growing company that creates technology focused on creating tech that better enables parents to care for their children. You will be relied on as an expert in medical subject matters to help address consumer complaints, new product creation, and in establishing reporting guidelines. You will work with multiple departments and excellent communication and problem-solving skills are critical to succeed.
Conduct phone interviews on Health and Safety claims made on products and services, and work with customers to find solutions to their problems while maintaining excellent customer service and confidentiality
Maintain accurate, complete documentation of consumer complaints, interventions, and solutions
Assist the Quality Engineer in reviewing returned products and relaying results to customers as needed
Trend data over time to provide insight into the claims received and suggest strategies for mitigation with both product design and consumer education.
Participate in design reviews for new products to identify risk and strategies for prevention
Provide clinical insight to help support teams during product development
Assist with the implementation and regular reviews of the Quality Management System by working with the Consumer Product Regulatory Specialist to review customer feedback
Provide regular updates to the Quality team, identify and fill gaps that are identified in the company from a health and safety standpoint.
Unrestricted Registered Nurse license in the State of Utah
College degree, Bachelors preferred
No prior engineering experience is required, but it is expected that you are willing to learn the basics of how our different devices work and basic troubleshooting
2 years clinical experience
1 year clinical experience and 1 year of experience in a role that demonstrates participation and leadership in quality improvement measures
